The Quartage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Merlot and represents terrific value.
The nose is deep red and youthful given the wines age, the nose is complex with a touch of cigar box and olive to go with black fruits.
The wine is in a great spot right now with some secondary leather characters showing through, it finishes with chunky tannins and an ever so slight astringency, the length is excellent.
