The nose has a rich vanillian oak sweetness, with only a little stone fruit on show. The palate shows the impact of spicey oak, stone fruits and tropical fruits. The length is considerable, and the acidity has a minerality that runs throughout the wine. At time of tasting this wine was only just bottled, and it has superb potential. I am looking forward to tasting it again in a couple of years.
