2022 Curly Flat Central Pinot Noir

A vibrant medium red hue in colour, the aromatics focus on black cherry with baking spice and embellishments of wild strawberry and an enjoyable earthen note. The palate is medium bodied with a textured backbone of tannin and the unmistakable acidity of the Macedon Ranges. Oak gives a savoury and spiced nuance that met with textured and pretty red berry fruits. The finish has wonderful balance with a fullness of fruit but ample spice and stem like influence. A beautiful wine.
