An inky deep red in the glass, the nose has beautifully plush plum fruit that is lifted by dark cherry and seductive milk chocolate and spiced vanilla. The palate has generosity and structure with a moreish line of acidity and slight saline character that gives wonderful contrast to precise dark berry fruits that are wrapped in the spice and the savoury nuance of quality new French oak. The finish shows vibrant fruit and great length.
