Inky deep red in colour and a nose plum and blackberry with milk chocolate and finely filamented spice.
There is a density of fruit, but at the same time elegance and structure that is the hallmark of high end Barossa, fruit is glossy, concentrated and framed around plum and black cherry; tannins are firm but perfectly balanced, influence of oak is generous but congruent to the fruit. Length is excellent.
