Youthful red to purple in colour, the nose leaps from the glass with candied cherry fruit, and a touch of vanillin oak.
The wine has ripe red fruits that are tempered by savoury whole bunch characters on the mid to back palate, with the finish showing juicy jube lolly characters and subtle spices.
An interesting, yet challenging wine that i look forward to watching over the coming years.
