2014 Fox Creek Postmaster GSM

The wine is named after the father of James Malpas, James was the original owner of the land that Fox Creek calls home, and as the name suggests his father Henry was the postmaster at the time !

This is a compelling expression of the Grenache Shriaz Mourvedre blend with pronounced lavender and sage that is accompanied by savoury edged red cherry on the nose, the palate has drive and balance with fruit given the platform to express itself with subtle oak spice giving another layer of interest but not running the show. The finish has great balance with juicy tannin and bright red fruits pulling you back for another sip.
