Sourced from the K1 Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, the nose is a youthful and pristine expression of green apple and nashi pear backed by wet slate. The palate resolves around a mineral core of chalky citrus acidity with zesty lemon and lime fruits given a dusting of white pepper. The finish has significant length with a continuation of citrus and apple fruit supported by scintillating acidity.
