A nose of poached pear and custard apple with some subdued tropical fruits somewhere in the distance; the palate has an effortless texture with a saline edged acidity working against understated pineapple and red apple. There is a build of textural acidity to finish that is drying and savoury yet wonderfully balanced. Lingering tropical fruits have significant length.
