The nose has some good punch to it with baked passionfruit and pear alongside a backdrop of oyster shell. The passionfruit is dominant on the palate and sits well with pink grapefruit and citrus rind providing a textural counterpoint. The finish has good length and a well proportioned bitterness to it that is not overbearing and keeps you going back for another sip.
