A very light yellow in terms of colour, the nose is floral and enjoys white flowers that sit amongst meyer lemon and dry honey. The palate has a lovely purity and litheness of citrus acidity; the mid palate has a mineral aspect that comes in part from underripe pear and a lemon like edge.
The floral tones return to finish are precise and there is very good length.
