he nose gives honeysuckle, cut grass and reductive stone fruits. There is a good energy to the palate with firm but textural acidity framing tropical fruits that are balanced by lemon pith and grapefruit from both a texture and flavour perspective. The finish is driven by citrus zest and green apple. Acidity and texture are the star of the show.
