Slightly purple to red hue in the glass, the nose is savoury with dark cherry and ripe stems, the earthy dark cherry notes from the nose are evident on the palate where they combine with , plum , spice and cinnamon. The wine finishes with fine lingering tannins, however currently lacks complexity in the mid to back palate that should develop with age.
