2014 Ten Minutes by Tractor Estate Pinot Noir

2014 was an incredibly low yielding vintage but there have been some exceptional wines produced from the fruit that was harvested. This is a world class Australian Pinot Noir, very Burgundian in style with heady forrest floor and stem notes working alongside dark cherry and fuller plum fruit on the nose.

The palate unravels layers of complexity, on entry brambly dark cherry fruit meets earthen notes before french oak provides a sheath of spice that bridges the varietal cherry fruit and more savoury nuances that come from time on skins and the effects of a low yielding vintage. Exceptional length to finish, a classic release.
