A nose of oyster shell, sour edged cherry and wild strawberry introduces you to what is a serious expression of Rose. The wine is about as bone dry as you can get, with the chalky, mouthwatering acidity the highlight. Crunchy wild strawberry and citrus notes give breadth and character but is undeniably the acid structure that draws you in. The length is very good.
