A light almost clear in colour with a nose of tropical fruits with gooseberry and gentle herbaceous notes.
On the full bodied side of the Sauvignon Blanc spectrum with plenty of concentration and generosity. Textural grip gives the wine a more serious side with some nice mineral notes to finish and punchy gooseberry providing good length.
