The nose has soaked up the new oak with a faint spiced nuance to baked passionfruit and Meyer lemon that is lifted by fresh herbs.
The palate has a textural interplay between striking lime and restrained tropical fruits with an understated savouriness that is also given structure through the impact of new oak. A saline edge adds to the long finish that intertwines tropics fruits with savoury structure.
