An attractive light red in colour, the nose begins savoury and restrained, building in the glass over time. Savoury red cherry gains subtle baking spice and gentle oak inputs.
The palate is medium bodied with plum and dark cherry fruits being dense and amply supported by integrated french oak, stewed rhubarb and rosemary complexity build towards a spicy and complex finish.
