The Quartz has a rich varietal nose of nougat, melon and peach skins. The palate is textural in terms of sweeter stone fruits and crisp citrus character against a steely acidity that gives an almost sherbet like character.

The wine has drive and length to finish, with both of Bindi's 2011 chradonnay releases (Composition and Quartz)being made to cellar and in their youth at the moment.
