A dense deep purple to red in colour, the nose is big with plum, some slight raisin and mint characters wrapped up in dominant rich oak.
The palate has fruit, oak and spice in spades, with the quality of the fruit and oak superb, but also challenging in terms of the all out assault on the senses.
