This is a wine that is more structural and savoury than others in the Fox Creek lineup, it has a textural aspect and style that is underpinned by a subtle herbaceous edge. The tannin structure and interjections of oak make this wine and provide the complexity and counterpoints to drying dark fruits and a juicy baseline of acidity. A really interesting wine that will cellar well and is good value at the price.
