The quintessential Australian blend, with this rendition more Shiraz dominant in terms of the impact of fruit with plum and black cherry the primary influence in terms of aromatics. The palate is tightly bound with fine, graphite edged tannins and darker more brooding black fruits. The finish has earth and leather that give another layer of interest to the fruit and provides an enjoyable textural interplay.
