This wine is a little past it’s peak but still an interesting drink, the nose gives briny olive and stem to dusty plum fruits and slightly out of proportion sappy french oak.
On the palate the fruit is starting to fade, as are the tannins, the finish is a little hollow with remnants of black fruits and drying oak.
