A zesty citrus focused nose with floral lemon blossom and oyster shell, a less is more approach to the palate with elegant lemon pith and crunchy nectarine. The wine finishes with drying citrus and a faint edge of biscuit complexity. Showing well now but will continue to grow with time in the bottle.

2011 Yarra Valley Sparkling and Chardonnay continues to impress, even if the reds haven’t !
