Produced from fruit sourced in the King Valley there is no surprise this is a top notch expression of the variety given winemaker Brian Martin spends a large proportion of his time crafting sparkling wines for some of the best wineries in Australia.
The bead is fine with an aromatic nose of jasmine, green apple and citrus. The palate has a bitter lemon aspect to taut green apple with great mouth feel and texture. The finish has good acidity and length with lingering meyer lemon.
