NV Hand Crafted by Geoff Hardy Sparkling Salmon

A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that's true to it’s name in terms of colour with a lovely pink to salmon hue.

The wine is cleverly made with a low pH and a hit of residual sugar that gives contrast and interest. The bead is a little coarse, but effervescent none the less. The nose combines citrus and wild strawberry with a palate that sees a continuation of creamy strawberry fruit and candied red apple. The finish has citrus acidity that cuts through the richer notes and puts a full stop on what is an enjoyable drink now proposition.
