A great value sparkling that punches well beyond it’s price point. The wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with the Chardonnay dominance of the blend coming through in terms of depth and mouthfeel. The nose has white peach, touches of citrus and brioche. The bead is fine, and beguiles the asking price, the palate is generously fruited with nectarine and green apple working against citrus and a touch of flint. Good length to finish.
