Review Detail

Deep red to purple in colour with capsicum on the nose. Wine has prominent olive and capsicum on the front palate. Fine, but mouth drying tannins are present but play well with the evident oak in the mid to back palate. A wine that will surely reward a few years in the cellar. If drinking young would strongly advise decanting for a couple of hours prior to serving.
