Review Detail

A fully mature wine with some slight browning towards the rim, the nose gives secondary leather and bay leaf to dark fruits. The tannins are soft, rounded and earthen, the savoury characters are supported by a fine thread of plum and blackberry fruit with oak giving a suggestion of richness and just enough acidity to keep the wine in balance.

The wine will hold for a couple of years but now is as good a time to drink before it is looses what’s left from a structure and fruit perspective.
