An inky dark red in the glass, the nose shows varietal Cabernet with blackberry and touches of cassis that is backed by more plum like fruit that is the hallmark of McLaren Vale Shiraz, it is rounded out by some milk chocolate notes.

Medium bodied with a fine supple texture with ample dark fruits and are backed by savoury notes, touches of cured meat and iodine that works amongst the plush dark fruits to finish, the length is very good.
