Review Detail
2014 Churchview Estate Range Cabernet Merlot
Wine Rating
90
A medium red in the glass, the nose has a density of blackberry and mulberry fruit with top notes of ripe capsicum and graphite.
The palate is medium bodied with generous dark fruits that are lifted by black olive and wispy oak spice, the finish has a gentle wash of tannin with drying impact.
At an RRP of $20 and sometimes available for less it is very good value.
