A vibrant red in the glass, the nose is blackcurrant and blackberry dominant with cedar and bracken notes well integrated.
The medium to full bodied palate speaks of the region with generous concentration of dark berry fruits that get a spicy lift from quality oak inputs. Tannins are substantial, but in complete balance with the fruit and the acidity is well handled. The finish has driving length of blackberry with graphite, tomato leaf and a return of cedar oak providing enjoyable complexity.
