Review Detail

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wine was aged in new (25%) and older oak for 14 months. A classical Bordeaux nose with blackberry fruit integrated with cedar spice, faint earth and vanilla tones. The palate is medium bodied and the impact of new oak gives a generous backdrop tp drying black fruits with fuller, richer plum coming from the inclusion of Petit Verdot. Tannins are blocky but ample on the mid palate with lingering leather and blackberry to finish.
