Deep red in colour the nose has blackberry,cassis and tomato leaf, the palate has an array of flavours ranging from blackberry and plum in the front palate to leather and cedar in the mid to back palate.

The tannins are fine and the wine has a superb structure that will enable it to age gracefully over the next couple of decades.

The finish shows tremendous length with blackcurrant and cassis lingering.
