Medium red in colour, the nose begins in typical Cabernet fashion with currant and olive however there are slightly sweeter oak aromas in the background.

The palate has ripe blackberry, obvious vanillin oak influences and slight herbaceous character.

The tannins are fine and the finish has subtlety without reaching any great heights.
