Very dark red in colour, the nose shows excellent Cabernet varietal definition with plenty of Olive , dark berry fruit and an afterthought of tomato leaf.
The palate is framed by olive, it has vibrant acid and spicy tannins that work superbly with ripe blackcurrant.
The wine has drive and depth on the finish, olive and dark fruits fruit fill the mouth and linger.
