A fully mature Cabernet that has maintained a glossy dark red hue in the glass, the nose shows varietal cassis aromas, with the fruit just starting to fade. The palate is drying and lean with background olive notes. An enjoyable wine that didn't reach great heights and should be consumed over the next year or two.
