Deep red in colour, the nose has plum and spicy notes, there is a wonderfully complex palate of plum and dark cherry, the wine has exceptionally fine grained tannins and excellent persistence. It may not be a typical expression of Coonawarra Cabernet, but it is a tremendous wine
