2012 Greenock Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet is made in the typical style of Greenock Creek, with the fine filament like nature of the Cabernet responding wonderfully to the wine making style.

A ripe nose of blackberry, olive and cassis with an attractive lift of supple oak. The palate has great balance, with richer black fruits pulled back into line by texturally framing tannins that accentuate the tomato leaf characters of the variety.

Very good length to finish, this wine will certainly reward time in the cellar.
