The nose enjoys cigar box and graphite top notes to blackberry and mulberry fruit. The palate shows a mature cabernet that is melding primary black fruit influences with the cedar and chocolate nuances that come from time in bottle. The tannins and acid are well knit and provide both texture and length. The wine finishes with a graphite edge to leathery black fruits and very good length.
