A dark red in the glass with a nose that opens up with mulberry and blackberry before grainy earth and graphite notes show themselves.
The wine carries its alcohol well with a baseline of drying tannin with bitter dark chocolate that enjoys rounded black fruits and some cigar box and cedar notes. There is driving mulberry with flashes of graphite to finish with plenty of drying tannin ensuring a long future ahead in the cellar.
