A Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend that also includes a small amount of Malbec (1.5%) and Cabernet Franc (0.5%) and is produced from the Mount Barker region in Western Australia. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak.

The nose is attractive with floral mulberry and blackcurrant fruit woven amongst cedar and crushed bay leaf. A medium bodied wine that has a baseline of chalky, grainy tannins that are folded into a continuation of black fruits and a richness of milk chocolate on the finish.

A medium term cellaring proposition.
