2014 Tomich Hole in One Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine Rating
87
A nose that gives cedar notes to dusty plum and blackberry fruit, the palate is medium bodied and pleasant with depth of plum and a lick on vanillin richness. Tannins are present but not overbearing. You wouldn’t describe it as an overly varietal representation of Cabernet Sauvignon but given it’s softness, approachability and price it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser.
