A Cabernet that is sourced from cooler climes and is built on elegance and structure with a nose framed by blackberry and bracken, the palate has a suppleness and sees a continuation of the blackberry fruits but enjoys richer mocha and earth with some gentle oak induced spice. Tannins are fine and when combined with flowing lines of acidity gives good length.
