The Richardson Cabernet Sauvignon represents the best barrels of Cabernet produced by Blue Pyrenees and is a consistent standout from a region and producer that is known for world class Shiraz.
A deep red in the glass, the nose is steeped in blackberry and blackcurrant fruit with cedar spice and touch of mint; an elegant and structured palate with etchings of milk chocolate to blackberry and violets. Tannins are grainy and give good texture with kirsh and black cherry combining with lingering spice to finish.
