A vibrant, deeply fruited nose with deep mulberry and blackberry that enjoys a cedar and spice lift. The palate starts with glossy black fruits that are set against drying tannins that have a coffee grind and bitter dark chocolate influence; there in an embellishment of olive before the long blackberry dominant finish.
