An inky deep red in the glass with bitter dark chocolate, graphite and blackberry on the nose. The influence of oak gives a rich veneer to the palate with spice and milk chocolate that accentuates flowing blackberry with drying, fine tannins that come into their own to finish. The length of fruit is quite exceptional, and the wine will cellar with confidence.
