There is an aspect of graphite and earth to cherry and blackberry fruit on the nose; the palate has a core of ripe blackberry fruit that enjoys some liquorice and cedar amongst drying tannins. The finish is built around the cherry and blackberry fruit seen on the nose, with a lingering savoury disposition. Good value at $22, and sure to grow over the short term.
