Review Detail
2007 Majella Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine Rating
95
A deep red in colour, the nose has a dusty blackcurrant aroma that is distinctly Coonawarra, the palate is restrained initially, but slowly unfurls to show depth of plum and blackberry fruits.
There is some complexity added through a touch of spice and elegant tannins structure, with the finish having excellent length centered around dark fruits.
