Review Detail
2010 Majella Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine Rating
94
The wine is a deep red with a more youthful purple hue around the rim of the glass, the wine took some time to open up in the glass, but when it did there was concentration of blackurrant and a touch of tobacco.
The palate has concentration and precision, from the first sip you can tell this wine has excellent potential and demands time in the cellar.
The wine is still medium bodied, but has dark berry fruits that combine with olive, lively acidity and drying tannins that linger with blackberry and a touch of mint long after the final sip.
